This baked chicken pieces recipe is very easy to make and to bake.
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Line a baking sheet with aluminium paper and lightly grease with olive oil. Set aside.

In a medium size bowl, combine milk, margarine, garlic salt, chili powder and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
Immerse the chicken pieces in the milk mixture and set aside.
In a resealable plastic bag, combine the breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning and paprika. Shake to mix.
Working in batches, add the chicken pieces to the bag with the bread crumb coating. Shake well to coat chicken.
Place each piece of coated chicken onto the prepared baking sheet single layer and place into the preheated oven.
Bake chicken for 15 minutes. Open the oven door and flip chicken pieces over so you will brown both sides. Continue baking for another 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
When cooked, a meat thermometer should read 165ºF. stuck into the thickest part.
Transfer chicken to a serving platter and allow to sit for 5 minutes before serving.
