Baked Potato Wedges With Yogurt Dip Recipe

Crispy potato wedges and dip, a meal on its own!


2 large baking potatoes, washed, peeled and cut into wedges
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Grease a large baking sheet with butter or oil.

Put potato wedges, salt, and paprika in plastic bag; shake to combine.

Place potatoes on baking sheet.

Lightly spray potatoes with cooking spray.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until tender.

Combine yogurt and sour cream with seasoning salt.

Serve with hot potatoes.
