A Flavorful recipe for baked spicy buffalo drumsticks, Served with a yummy blue cheese dip.
To make the dip, Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, blue cheese, vinegar, and garlic in a blender.
Pulse until smooth, Chill until ready to use.
Put chicken pieces in a large plastic bag. Set aside.
Make the marinade by stirring together the melted butter, hot sauce, paprika, salt, cayenne pepper and black pepper.
Pour all but 4 tablespoons of the marinade over the chicken pieces in the plastic bag. Reserve remaining sauce.
Seal bag and let marinate for half an hour.
Place wing pieces on the rack of a broiler pan.
Preheat broiler to medium high.
Broil 5 inches from the heat for 10 minutes on each side, or until chicken is no longer pink inside.
Remove from oven and toss with the reserved marinade.
