Ingredients
1/4 cup sultanas5 tbsp dark rum
3/4 cup plain flour plus more for dusting the pan
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp fine salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Just under 1/2 cup sugar
2 large eggs
4 small very ripe bananas (about 300 g peeled weight)
1/4 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
1 tsp vanilla extract
