Simple and delicious comfort food, this cheesy beef macaroni will be sure to satisfy.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease a large casserole dish and set aside.
Put a large pot of water on to boil. Once boiled, prepared the macaroni according to the package directions.
Drain pasta and transfer it to the prepared casserole dish.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and stir until beef is evenly browned.
Add the wine and continue to cook for 1 minute.
Add the milk, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce and mix until well combined.
Season to taste with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Bring the beef sauce to a boil. Slowly whisk in the flour, stirring constantly, until flour has dissolved.
Stir in the 2 cups cheese and mix until melted.
Carefully pour the cheesy sauce over the macaroni in the casserole dish, and gently mix until all the noodles are coated with sauce.
Cover the casserole dish with aluminium foil.
Put the macaroni in the preheated oven and cook, covered, for 30 minutes.
