A Delicious recipe for bread coated chicken meatballs. Serve with toothpicks and dipping sauce for an appetizer.
Preheat an oven to 450 degrees F. Line and grease a large rimmed baking sheet.
In a medium bowl place dried bread crumbs.
Combine the chicken, eggs, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl; mix well. Form mixture into 20 meatballs;
Roll each meatball in bread crumbs and place on prepared pan.
Bake in center of preheated oven until juices run clear, 18-20 minutes.
