This breaded haddock recipe is easy to make and is a great week day meal.
Preheat oven to 450F.
Grease a grill pan with oil.
In a bowl, whisk together milk and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and thyme.
Take haddock and dip in the milk, then dip into breadcrumbs. Dip again in milk, then again in the breadcrumbs. Place breaded haddock on prepared grill pan. Drizzle melted butter over haddock.
Bake for 13 - 16 minutes, or until fish flakes easily.
