Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Prepare a glass pie plate by greasing with butter.
In a mixing bowl beat the eggs, milk, sour cream, salt and pepper.
Cut the broccoli into small florets.
Slice the tomato into thin slices.
Pour the egg mixture into the pie plate.
Arrange the broccoli florets,tomato slices and green onions onto the egg mixture.
Evenly sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
Place into the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the eggs are firm and the cheese melted.
