Butterscotch Cupcakes:1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup butterscotch chips, melted
Butterscotch Buttercream Frosting:
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup butterscotch chips, melted and cooled slightly
3� cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3-4 Tbl milk
