Caesar Salad With Chicken And Bacon Recipe

This caesar salad recipe is a fantastic way to use up some precooked chicken breasts.


1/2 cup olive oil
1 tbsp parmesan cheese
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp mustard powder
1/8 cup white vinegar
1/8 cup lemon juice
1 garlic clove
1 tsp salt and pepper each

1 head romaine lettuce, washed and shredded
16-20 bite sized tomatoes
2 cold cooked chicken breasts, sliced
1/2 cup croutons
4 slices bacon, cooked and broken into bits
4 ounces gouda cheese, thinly sliced

(Makes 4 servings)


Mix the dressing ingredients into the blender and mix until creamy.

Select 4 serving dishes.

Arrange the lettuce onto each plate along with the chicken slices, tomatoes, croutons and bacon bits and cheese slices.

Divide the dressing into 4 small ramekins and place one on each place.

Serve with salt and fresh ground pepper to taste.
