Cajun Salmon Steak With Roasted Vegetables Recipe

A delicious grilled cajun salmon recipe served with delicious roasted vegetables.


Serves 2

250g/8 oz salmon (2 fillets or steaks)

2 Tablespoons lemon juice
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon salt
3 Tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon pepper
3 teaspoons cajun seasoning
handful fresh parsley


Line an 8 inch casserole dish with parchment paper and set aside.

Mix together lemon juice, garlic cloves, salt, olive oil, pepper, cajun seasoning and fresh chopped parsley.

Place salmon into the prepared dish and pour the sauce over top.

Marinate for 1 hour in the fridge.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until salmon is no longer translucent when cut into.
