This cauliflower broccoli gratin recipe is cheesy and full of zest.
Preheat oven to 425F.
Grease a casserole dish with butter or vegetable oil.
In a small bowl mix cheeses and set aside.
Place broccoli and cauliflower in the top of a steamer.
Cover and steam for 5 minutes.
Drain veggies and place them into the greased dish.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, mustard, and pepper and pour over veggies, stirring to coat.
Top with cheese mixture.
Baked for 8-12 minutes until desired doneness.
