A delicious mushroom appetizer stuffed with cheese.
Preheat oven to 375F.
Wash your mushrooms and take out the stems so they are hollow.
Grate cheese into bowl and mix the 2 cheeses.
Place mushrooms onto a baking tray.
Fill mushrooms with cheese.
Top with salt, pepper and dried thyme.
Bake for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and mushrooms are browning around edges.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley
