Cheesecake With Fresh Berries Recipe

This very simple cheesecake with fresh berries has no crust. Creamy and delicious, a nice light dessert.



1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest, fresh grated
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar

Blackberries for garnish

Serves 3 - 4


In a bowl beat together cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla, and sugar until light and smooth.

Place cream cheese mixture into a 6 inch spring form pan and refrigerate for about 2 hours. Top with fresh berries and serve.
