Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 2 pieces each3 medium potatoes, peeled, cut into big cubes
3 large carrots, peeled, sliced
4 medium zucchini sliced
1 cup sliced mushrooms,
4 tbs Vegetable oil
500 ml whipping cream
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 tablespoon oregano
1 liter boiling water
1 cube (chicken stock)
