Chicken Ball Appetizers Recipe

Chicken Ball Appetizers with dip will disappear off the serving platter.


2.5 pounds ground chicken (organic when possible)
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 Tablespoon ground coriander
3 Tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 1/2 Tablespoons lemon juice
vegetable oil for frying


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients except the vegetable oil for cooking.

Use your hands to form bite sized balls.

Next you will shallow fry the chicken balls. In a large heavy bottom frying pan put 1/2 inch of vegetable oil and heat Once browned, place the browned chicken balls onto a baking sheet and bake about 10-15 minutes or until done.

Serve with dipping sauce of your choice.
