In large frying pan, fry chicken in vegetable oil over medium-high heat until browned, about 10-12 minutes.
Remove chicken and add onion, frying until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
Add mushrooms and cook until browned, about 2 minutes.
Add wine and chicken broth and cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in cream and chives and heat an additional 3 minutes.
Serve over chicken.
