This tasty chicken broccoli cheese casserole is a creamy casserole that also has a little rice inside and is topped with a cornflake topping.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In large saucepan, fry mushrooms in butter for 3 minutes until browned.
Add onion and chicken pieces and cook for 3 minutes.
Add garlic and cook a minute longer.
Stir in mushroom soup.
Remove from heat and add cooked rice, broccoli and milk.
Stir in the cheese.
Spoon mixture into casserole dish and spread evenly.
Stir the melted butter into the cornflakes and spread on top.
Bake for 20 minutes.
