Preheat the grill to medium-high.
In a large mixing bowl, Add chicken, bread crumbs and egg.
Mix in salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and cayenne, just until combined.
Form the mixture into 12 patties.
Place patties on hot grill.
Cook about 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Spread mayo and mustard on buns.
Top with lettuce and radishes.
Remove the burgers from the grill and place in buns.
Serve immediately.
