This chicken drumstick with barbecue sauce is done with baked drumsticks. The drumsticks come out full flavored and moist.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Line the bottom of a grill pan with aluminum foil and grease with a little oil.
Rinse the drumsticks in cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.
Rub the drumsticks with salt and pepper and place onto the grill pan.
In a small bowl, mix the steak sauce, BBQ sauce, honey, lemon juice, cumin, oregano and minced garlic.
Brush sauce all over chicken, place chicken in preheated oven.
For the first 30 minutes continue brushing sauce on chicken after about every 10 minutes.
Turn the drumsticks for even browning.
Bake for another 10-20 minutes, or until chicken juices run clean.
When cooked, a meat thermometer should read 165ºF. stuck into the thickest part.
Serve.
