Chicken Kebabs Recipe

Chicken kebabs paired with red peppers in a homemade marinade.


6 boneless chicken breasts, cut into 2 inch pieces
2 red peppers, chopped 2 inch pieces
12 wooden skewers, soaked for 1 hour

1/4 cup oil
4 Tablespoons vinegar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons paprika
2 Tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper


In a large bowl, combine oil, vinegar, garlic, paprika, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Mix marinade well.

Marinate chicken pieces for several hours, covered in the fridge.

Alternate chicken pieces and vegetables on skewers.

Barbecue the kebabs for 10-15 minutes, turning frequently.
