An easy crunchy drumsticks recipe that is deep fried and heavenly.
Fill a large sauce pan with water and bring to boil. Add the chicken for about 10 minutes.
In another large saucepan or deep fryer, heat oil on medium heat until it reaches 350F on a thermometer.
Use a large plate or shallow bowl and combine flour, garlic powder, paprika and salt.
Add the beaten eggs to another plate or bowl.
Take each piece of chicken, dredge first in flour, then in egg, then again in flour.
Fry the chicken legs in the hot oil until the crust is golden brown.
Transfer to paper towels to drain excess oil before serving.
