Chocolate Chia Pudding Recipe

This chocolate chia pudding recipe makes a healthy food choice to feed the family.


1 1/2 cups almond milk (or regular milk)
4 Tablespoons coconut sugar
2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup chia seeds

Topping Ideas
yogurt, whipping cream, fresh fruit


To make the chocolate chia pudding, use a glass mixing bowl and stir together the milk, sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla extract until you have a smooth consistency.

Stir in the chia seeds and divide into 4 serving glasses.

Cover each glass with plastic wrap and let sit out for 2 hours to let thicken, or you can refrigerate but the thickening process will be longer.

Either way, refrigerate to chill before serving.

Great with a little yogurt and fresh fruit or whipped cream.
