These yummy chocolate chip raisin cookies are easy to make and even easier to eat.
Preheat oven to 350ºF
Grease cookie sheets.
In large bowl, beat butter until creamy.
Beat in the sugar until thoroughly mixed.
Add eggs and beat.
In separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder and the salt.
Sift dry ingredients into the bowl with the butter, sugar and eggs and mix thoroughly.
Mix in raisins and chocolate chips.
Scoop batter into small clumps on cookie sheet, leaving about two inches of space between cookies.
Bake 12-15 minutes.
