Chocolate Drizzle Brownie Bliss Recipe

A simple recipe for Brownies drizzled in chocolate, served with ice cream and whipping cream.


Chocolate Drizzle Brownie Bliss
4 eggs
1 C. (250 ml) oil
2 C. (500 g) sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 C. (185 g) flour
3/4 C. (60 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Dark Chocolate Sauce
1/4 C. (55 g) butter
1/2 C. (90 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 C. (125 g) sugar
1/2 C. (125 ml) heavy cream or 1/4 c. (60 ml) whole milk

Ice Cream
Whipping Cream
Confectioners sugar to sprnkle



Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Grease a 9x13 inch pan

Combine eggs, oil and sugar. Mix well. Stir in vanilla.

Combine and add the dry ingredients; stir with a wooden spoon counting to 50 strokes. Overmixing makes them tough.

Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Dark Chocolate Sauce

Melt butter in a small saucepan on the stovetop over medium to low heat.

Add cocoa and sugar. Stir in well.

Add cream/milk and stir until smooth.Heat just to the boiling point to dissolve the sugar. Do not overheat.

Extra delicious when served warm.

Any extra sauce can be stored in a jar in the fridge for several weeks.


Put a slice of brownie on a serving dish.

Spoon on some chocolate sauce.

Put a dollop of ice cream on top

Pipe on some whipping cream on the top of the ice cream

Sprinkle confectioners sugar to garnish
