Chocolate Peanut Butter Cream Puffs Recipe by Amy Kay's Kitchen

Ingredients

For the Pastry Shells
1 cup water
1/2 cup (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter
1 Tbsp of sugar
3/8 tsp salt
1 cup Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
4 Tbsp of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
4 large eggs

For the Pastry Cream
2 cups half and half
1/2 cup of sugar, divided
5 large egg yolks
3 Tbsp of cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp unsalted butter, cold
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup of heavy cream, whipped to soft peaks

For the Ganache
about 4 oz of semisweet or bittersweet chocolate (about a cup of chocolate chips)
4-6 Tbsp of heavy cream
1 Tbsp of creamy peanut butter
