Classic Cheesecake With Chocolate Sauce Recipe

A Rich and creamy Cheesecake recipe that is served with a yummy warm chocolate sauce.


1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
3 Tablespoons granulated sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
4 packages (2 cup each) cream cheese, at room temperature
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 eggs
Chocolate sauce
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 cup bittersweet chocolate, chopped fine.


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Have ready a 9 inch springform pan.

In a medium bowl, mix graham crumbs, sugar and butter until combined. Press crumb mixture into bottom of springform pan.

with an electric mixer, combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed just until blended. Pour over crust.

Bake 1 hour or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake, Refrigerate cheesecake 4 hours before removing rim.

In microwaveable bowl, place chocolate and cream, microwave 2 min. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after each minute.

Allow chocolate sauce to cool for 5- 10 minutes, slowly pour over cheesecake to serve.
