Coconut Macaroon Pie Recipe

This toasted coconut cream pie recipe gives you bite after bite of coconut texture and flavor.


Coconut Macaroon Pie
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
6 Tablespoons butter, softened
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup all purpose flour

1/2 cup toasted coconut
1/2 cup coconut

Serves 6 - 8


Coconut Macaroon Pie

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Lightly grease a glass pie pan with butter.

Beat together sugar, eggs, and salt until well combined and smooth. Set aside.

Mix together coconut, butter, milk and flour until well incorporated. Add sugar mixture and mix until well combined.

Pour batter into prepared pie pan and bake for 60 minutes, or until pie has set and is firm. Let cool completely.

Garnish with toasted coconut, and coconut. Serve.
