Coconut Rice Crispy Treats Recipe

This is an old time favorite, but in this recipe we also use a little coconut oil.

Ingredients

2 Tablespoons butter
2 Tablespoons coconut oil
1 bag (10.5 oz.) mini marshmallows
5 cups crispy rice cereal

Directions

Grease 8�8 pan well with coconut oil or butter.

Use a large saucepan melt butter and oil together over medium heat.

Stir in the marshmallows and keep stirring until melted.

Remove the saucepan from thee heat and stir in the cereal, a little bit at a time.

Press into the prepared pan, making the top flat.

Let sit until room temperature before cutting.
