A Very tasty recipe for corn bread stuffing. Perfect served with gravy.
1red pepper, chopped
1green pepper, chopped
2cloves garlic, minced
1corn Bread Loaf
In large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat; cook celery, onions, red and green peppers, garlic, sage, oregano, coriander, chili powder and salt, stirring often, for 10 minutes or until onions are softened.
Cut corn bread into small cubes; place in large bowl. Add pepper mixture; toss to combine.Drizzle with hot chicken stock, tossing to moisten.
