Cottage Cheese Pancakes Recipe

This cottage cheese pancake recipe is easy to make and so tasty.


3 eggs
1 cup cottage cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Tablespoon honey
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt


In a mixing bowl, beat together the eggs, cottage cheese, vanilla extract and honey with a fork until combined.

In a separate bowl whisk the dry ingredients.

Pour the dry mixture into the wet mixture and stir until just combined.

Heat a large frying pan over medium heat, lightly coat with oil or butter

Fry pancakes over medium-low heat until set, and brown on one side.

Loosen very carefully, turn it over.

Fry until puffed and brown on the other side.

Serve with your choice of topping.
