Crab Dip Recipe

This creamy delicious crab dip recipe can be serve with crackers or crispy toasts for scooping.


3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup cream cheese, at room temperature
2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 Tablespoon grated fresh onion
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
1 teaspoon parsley, chopped fine
1 pound cooked crabmeat,or 2 cans crabmeat


Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, with the mustard and garlic powders.

Beat mixture until smooth.

Gently mix in crab meat and halt of the mozzarella cheese.

Transfer mixture to casserole dish and top with remaining cheese and a sprinkle of parsley.

Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
