1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup (4 tbsp) unsalted butter, cut into pieces
1/2 cup water
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
for the whipped cream filling:
1-1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/3 cup sugar
for the salted caramel sauce drizzle:
2/3 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
2 teaspoons sea salt
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
