A Sweet and fluffy recipe for delicate white chocolate cheesecake. Enjoy with a cup of hot chocolate.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F have ready a 9 inch springform pan.
Cream together butter, 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 tsp vanilla in small bowl with mixer until fluffy. mix in flour until well blended. Press into bottom of pan.
Beat together cream cheese remaining sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add chocolate and eggs; mix well.
Pour over crust. Bake 55-60 minutes or until center is set. Cool well before removing rim.
Refrigerate 4 hours. Top with whipped cream before serving.
