1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon xantham gum
4 eggs
2 cups white sugar
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup butter, melted and cooled
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
