A quick and easy recipe that only take a couple minutes to whip up and just 25 minutes to bake.
Preheat the oven to 350˚F.
Grease a standard muffin tray with melted butter.
In one bowl, combine the butter and the eggs.
In a second bowl mash the bananas and mix in the butter, eggs and sugar.
In a separate bowl mix together the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.
Mix the dry ingredients into the wet, then stir in the chocolate chips.
Use a tablespoon to transfer the batter to the muffin tray.
Bake for 25-35 minutes until golden brown and you can place a tester in it without any batter showing.
