This easy pizza dough recipe is a perfect base for a pizza night.
Preheat oven to 475F.
In a large bowl, pour warm water and sprinkle yeast on top.
Let sit for 10 minutes until mixture is frothy.
Add flour, oil and salt and mix.
Knead dough in bowl for 6-8 minutes until smooth and elastic (add more flour if needed).
Cover and set aside for 20 minutes.
Lightly grease two 10-inch pizza pans.
Divide dough in half and place each half on a pizza pan.
Spread dough out with fingers until it stretches over pan, keeping dough thicker near the edges.
Spread with pizza sauce and add toppings and cheese
Bake for 15 minutes, until crust is browned and cheese is bubbly.
