This easy tuna salad recipe is made with fresh tomatoes, black olives, sliced sweet red onion, canned tuna and fresh basil. Topped with a simple dressing, this is a healthy easy salad to prepare.
Open the can of tuna and drain the liquid out.
Place the tuna into a bowl and break apart with a fork.
In a bowl, toss together the chopped tomatoe, sliced red onions, chopped basil and black olives.
Divide into two serving dishes and put half the tuna onto each salad. Garnish with the reserved whole basil leaves.
For the dressing, in a medium bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients together.
Give the salad dressing a good shake again to combine then pour onto each salad.
