English Muffin Bacon Egg And Cheese Sandwich Recipe

A Delicious breakfast recipe for English muffin bacon egg and cheese sandwich. This is a hearty breakfast the whole family will enjoy.


4 english muffins
3 teaspoons butter
4 large sliced of cheddar cheese
8 strips bacon
2 eggs
1/8 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
(serves 4)


Heat a large frying pan to medium high, Cook bacon until browned and crispy. Drain off any fat and put the bacon onto paper towels in a dish to drain. Set aside.

Heat a second frying pan to medium heat, melt 1 teaspoon butter to coat the pan.

Crack eggs into a small bowl and stir in milk. Pour egg mixture into hot pan and cook until eggs are firm. sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Cut cooked eggs into 4 portions.

Toast english muffins, butter them and then top with cooked bacon, eggs and a slice of cheese. Top with english muffin.
