This fish pie recipe makes a delicious and easy dinner.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Peel and cut potatoes into cubes and add to water, boiling until tender.
Drain, add butter, sour cream, and milk and mash with salt and pepper to taste.
Melt the extra butter in a saucepan, add the onions and cook until soft, then add the flour and cook over low heat for about 2 minutes.
dd the extra milk and wine, bring to a boil until thickened, stirring constantly being careful not to let it burn.
Remove from heat and add the fish,lemon juice, dill, parsley and salt and pepper to taste.
Pour into a large casserole dish, top with the mashed potatoes, then sprinkle over the cheese and bread crumbs.
Bake in the oven on the middle rack for about 30 minutes,the filling should be bubbling, and the top golden brown.
