Garlic French Bread Recipe

This recipe is for fresh Garlic French bread that is prepared by wrapping the loaf of bread in tin foil and heating in the oven.


1 loaf of French Bread
2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
5 cloves of garlic, minced through a garlic press
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
Tin Foil


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Mix together the butter, garlic and parsley.

Slice the French Bread into 1" slices.

Divide the butter mixture and spread evenly on the back and front of each slice of bread.

Wrap the load of bread in aluminum foil and cook in the oven for about 15 minutes.

Serve right out of the oven.
