Ingredients

3 pounds pork loin roast, cut into 1" pieces
3 tablespoons flour
1 butternut squash, cut into 1" chunks
1 large yellow onion, roughly chopped
5 carrots, cut into 1/2" thick pieces
1-1/2 pounds red potatoes, quartered
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons tomato paste
3 cups Knorr Homestyle Chicken Stock
2 tablespoons dried sage
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
