Glazed Pork Ribs Recipe

This recipe for glazed pork ribs, is great served with rice.


3 lbs pork baby back ribs

1 cup ketchup
3/4 cup hoisin sauce
1/2 cup honey
5 Tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
2 Tablespoons sesame oil,
2 Tablespoons orange zest
2 Tablespoons minced garlic
1 Tablespoon chili sauce


To prepare

In a large mixing bowl, Whisk all of the sauce ingredients together to make a smooth sauce.

Place the ribs in a large container, Coat ribs with half of the sauce.

Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours to over night.

To cook

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Place ribs on a large baking dish or two if needed.

Roast the ribs until tender, basting frequently with the remaining sauce, about 1 hour.

Cut into individual ribs and toss in sauce to serve.
