This grapefruit fruit salad is so good for you. If you are trying to eat grapefruit everyday, you may find it a bit tedious to just eat the grapefruit on its own every time. Try slicing differently and adding some additional citrus.
Always wash your fruit, even if you are cutting of the peel.
Peel the grapefruits and orange.
Peel the pomegranate.
Use a very sharp knife to thinly slice the fruit and arrange in layers onto your serving plates.
Sprinkle on the pomegranate if you are using and the almond slivers.
Garnish with small fresh mint leaves.
