Grilled Pork Chops With Pineapple Recipe

This recipe for grilled pork chops with pineapple and coated with a delicious pineapple rum glaze.


4 boneless pork loin chops
8 ounce can of sliced pineapple in juice

Pineapple Rum Glaze
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup dark brown sugar, plus
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
1/4 cup dark rum
1/4 cup pineapple juice


Mix together the butter, sugar, dark rum and pineapple juice in a medium saucepan and bring to boil.

Reduce to medium heat and simmer for 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Heat grill and brush chops with pineapple mixture. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Grill chops until done, about 5 minutes per side and grill pineapple slices on each side for about 2 minutes.

Top chops with grilled pineapple and serve.
