This grilled rosemary chicken recipe has a nice citrus and rosemary flavor.
In a large mixing bowl, grate about 1/2 teaspoon of zest from one of the oranges.
Juice about 1/3 cup juice from the oranges into the bowl.
Stir in lemon juice, a dash of salt and pepper, garlic, rosemary and oil.
Add the chicken to the marinade and save about 1/4 cup for basting. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Heat grill to medium heat. Place the chicken, skin up, on the grill and cook, covered, for about 35 minutes.
Brush the onion with marinade and cook on the grill until tender, about 8 minutes.
Turn chicken and finish cooking, about 10 minutes.
