How To Make Pepperoni Pizza Recipe

Pizza Crust
1 (1/4 ounce) package active dry yeast
1 1/4 cups warm water
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 Tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
(Makes 2 - 10inch pizzas)

1 cup pizza sauce, divided
3 cups mozzarella shredded, divided
12 ounces sliced pepperoni, divided
2 teaspoons flaked italian seasoning, divided



reheat oven to 475F.

In a large bowl, pour warm water and sprinkle yeast on top.

Let sit for 10 minutes until mixture is frothy.

Add flour, oil and salt and mix.

Knead dough in bowl for 6-8 minutes until smooth and elastic (add more flour if needed).

Cover and set aside for 20 minutes.

Lightly grease two 10-inch pizza pans.

Spread dough out with fingers until it stretches over pan, keeping dough thicker near the edges.


Divide the pizza sauce and toppings over the two pizzas.

Sprinkle with italian seasoning.

Bake for 15 minutes, until crust is browned and cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
