Hummingbird Bundt Cake Recipe by Food For Thought

Ingredients

For the cake:
1� cups pecans, chopped
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
� tsp salt
3 eggs, beaten
1� cups mashed banana (approximately 3-4 large bananas)
1 cup crushed pineapple with juice
� cups canola oil
1� tsp vanilla extract

For the cream cheese icing:
4 oz (� cup) cream cheese, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1-2 tbsp milk
