Ingredients
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (panko preferred)2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp taco seasoning
1 egg
2 oz reduced fat cream cheese
1/4 cheddar cheese, shredded
2 jalapenos, minced (seeded if you want to reduce the heat)
2 chicken breasts (or 1 very large one)
