Lamb Kebabs Recipe

These are delicious served with rice, flatbread and tzatziki sauce.


1 kilogram boneless leg of lamb, cut into 1 inch cubes
1/2 cup red wine
1/4 cup olive oil
2 Tablespoons dark vinegar
3 cloves garlic, diced
1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
2 teaspoons rosemary
1 teaspoon dried red chili flakes pepper and salt


In large bowl, mix wine, oil, vinegar, garlic, thyme, mint, rosemary, chili pepper, salt and pepper and mix well.

And meat and cover.

Place in the fridge to marinate of 1-2 hours.

Arrange the meat on wooden skewers and grill or broil for 12-15 minutes.
